On May 2nd and 3rd, the SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING of the Teaching Learning Spaces Competence from Early Childhood Education (TELESPA) project was held at the School of Education of the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, Portugal. The meeting was coordinated by Prof. Cristina Mesquita with the collaboration of professors Maria José Rodrigues and Catarina Vasques, professors of the ESED and integrated members of the Center for Research in Basic Education (CIEB).

The TELESPA Project focuses on sensory learning, considered fundamental for learning by doing, in a process where children construct knowledge and develop skills through personal and social experience, stimulating creativity, flexibility, able to analyze and think critically.

The meeting was attended by members of the consortium, staff of universities and schools of the following nationalities: Romania, Latvia and Turkey. The agenda included discussions on the progress of the work, the involvement of beneficiary schools and teachers and educators; feedback on national and international studies pertaining to the task 01; the preparation of the Handbook and the training courses to be held in 2020.
